A condition case with its pre-evaluated result, set when onResolveCondition() is installed. Mirrors how RuntimeChoiceItem tags an option.

The case carries its own exit port, so there is no index to map back to anything — that is the v1 shape (portIndex) and it is gone. Pass the port to resolve() to override the routing.
